FAITH LEADERS HOLDING A VIGIL FOR CITIZENSHIP AT REP. COFFMAN'S OFFICE
Together Colorado's faith communities to move Coffman to support citizenship not just legal residency, for 11 million aspiring Americans

What: More than 50 faith leaders, clergy, and allies are expected on Monday, May 6, 2013 at Rep. Mike Coffman's office for a vigil for citizenship. This is the culmination of an 8-day vigil that began on Thursday, April 25, bringing together faith communities from Colorado District 6. Today, leaders will present to Representative Coffman: a letter signed by 91 clergy and faith leaders from throughout Colorado (including 13 from Colorado District 6), beautiful wooden crosses signed by over 70 people who have attended the vigil in the past 8 days, and testimonies representing the 11 million aspiring citizens affected by these important decisions facing Congress in the coming weeks.

Why: Together Colorado's faith communities want to move Rep. Coffman to support citizenship not just legal residency, for 11 million aspiring Americans.
