The boy praying immediately caught my attention. And I kept going back to it. It became almost an icon of a sort; upon which to meditate. I was mesmerized. I kept seeing more and more each time I looked.

• The child standing and watching. Is he learning how to pray? Is he impressed with his 'brother' or annoyed?
• The family of furry animals are following in the act of devotion.

The discipline of calling all those whom we love and from whom we get comfort to prayer, is a powerful image.
